Apple Mail is automatically sending new email addresses to Junk

Why is apple mail suddenly sending email from a new email address that is not already in Contacts to the Junk box.

What a ridiculous thing to do.

Just because the email address is not in my Contacts does not mean it is junk!!!

I have been missing important emails for weeks.

Knock it off Apple. Every new email address is one I NEED TO SEE!
