MacBook Pro M3 crashes daily with clicking sound

Macbook pro M3 2023 has been crashing daily for the past 4 days. There's one single clicking, glitchy sound in speakers and then it turns off. I receive the same report every time. I updated the system to Tahoe 26.1, didn't help. Please help me to understand what else I can do for now, at least how I can try to check whether it's software or a hardware problem.

an assisted web search produced this result:

AMCC stands for Apple Memory Cache Controller, which is a component in Apple's system-on-a-chip (SoC) architecture that manages memory access and caching for improved performance. It plays a crucial role in the efficiency of Apple's devices by optimizing how data is stored and retrieved.

That looks like a Very serious hardware error.

However, later in that report it suggests you are using google chrome, the biggest resource hog that is not obvious malware, that blatantly captures and sells your data. That could be a serious error in judgement.

Chrome is particularly resource-intensive because it installs Google which renders your Mac a full time information-harvesting and -uploading "bot" for Google's purposes. Those processes can't be turned off or disabled, even if you quit the Chrome browser. Even without knowing what else is installed on that Mac it is all but assured a multitude of Google's automatically updating virus-like processes are causing your Mac to work overtime.

Get rid of it. No one needs Chrome. Follow these removal instructions.

If that error persists after getting away from Google and Chrome, post back for guidance about how to proceed.
