Incorrect devices listed when changing child password

When I try to change my son's Apple ID password on my phone, I get this screen. Neither of the devices listed are on my list of Apple ID devices — the phone doesn't even exist any more. I get this same screen on both my phone (which I've had for over a month, upgaraded from my previous phone) and my iPad Pro, which I've had for two years. What is going on?
