AVG uninstaller won't work. How do I force uninstall it?

Ok, first start up in Safe Mode and follow the steps for a Silicon Mac.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
In the Finder click on the Go menu, then choose Go To Folder and enter this in the box there:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
There are 7 files you need to move to the trash:
Then back in the Finder choose the same Go > Go to Folder and enter:
/Library/LaunchAgents
Move these 3 files to the trash:
Now go to your Applications folder and move AVGTuneUp to the trash. Empty the trash and restart your computer again normally to exit Safe Mode and you should be done.
