Sleep score hours seem very "off" compared to the old system recorded by the Apple Watch and read on the Health app. What could be occurring?
When does the sleep score timing start? Does it not allow sleep timing ot start before one sets their bedtime alarm?
I find that I have been asleep for more than 4 hours, have just woken from a dream, and the blue color has not even been recording for 2 hours. The sleep score is off compared to the original system that preceded it. Does anyone know why the new system gives me very different information?
