I made a video with my iPhone XR, it's 2.4 or 2.5 gigs, when I tried to download it in Full quality got an error message, tried to downloaded in normal quality and got the same.
I'm using an iPhone XR, and try to DLit via iCloud via a MacStudio.
Please help

You may want to check that your iPhone and Mac are using the newest compatible OS versions.
Settings (or System Settings) > General > Software Updates will show whether or not updates are available
(Reminder: Backing up the data on a device before updating OS is always a wise move.)

I'm having a hard time understanding "downloading large video from iCloud to Mac Studio." This is something I would never do, because iCloud Photos is a synchronization service, and every video at my iCloud Photos is also in Photos on my Mac. So it's already here. (Optimize Storage, which I wouldn't use on my Mac, would use an automatic download when requested.)
Downloads from iCloud.com are pretty restricted due to bandwidth concerns. Can you explain what you're really trying to do?

Cool! Photos at iCloud.com is rather awkward, and it just isn't meant to replace Photos on an Apple device-- especially the Mac. Everything is easier on the Mac!
