How do I find Home page on iPad?

What do you mean by iPad 8.6 version of HOME page? What is it you are seeing compared to what you expect (and do you mean version 18.6?).

That doesn't clarify anything. I don't see any correlation between iPadOS 16 in the OP's info panel and iPad 8.6 in the OP's post.

More relevant/specific info is needed from the OP

To access the Home Screen on your iPad:

1. Swipe up ⇡ from the bottom edge of the screen.
2. Swipe left ⇠ or ⇢ right to browse apps on other Home Screen pages.
3. Swipe up ⇡ from the bottom edge of the screen again to return to the first Home Screen page.
