Battery problem on my MacBook Pro M1 (2020)

Are you aware of the PMIC/BMS controller failure on M1 MacBook Pros occurring out of warranty? Is there an Apple Quality Program or extended warranty that might cover this, as the failure is so repetitive? Also MacBook is very loud and not hot. What's going on? An how to fix this ?
