On the Favorites page in Safari, hold the Control key on your keyboard while you click the favorite you want to remove. Then choose Delete from the menu that appears.
Alternatively, from the menu at the very top of the screen, choose Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks. Click the > next to Favorites if necessary to expand it. Then click a favorite to select it, and press the Backspace key to delete it.
