Eon app shows blank screen with audio when mirroring to TV

i am using the Eon app here in sertbija to receive paid subcription tv. first of all i can state that all channels work fine on my macbook air running the latest 26.1 os.

when i mirror or extend the view to my tv on same tnetwork, it woks fine but not for all channels. instead for some it says its in p-i-p mode, so no picture but full audio. when i click on the icon the pip window comes up but the screen remains blank with full audio playing.

i have no idea what to try next
