How to manually reset $0.04 balance on Apple ID for region change?

Hello, I need help with my Apple ID.


I have a small remaining balance of $0.04 on my account, and because of this I cannot change my region.


I cannot spend this amount because there are no items at this price, and I also cannot add funds.


Could you please manually remove or reset this balance so I can change my region?

Hello ~We are you fellow forum members and have no access to your accounts so we can only point you in the right direction. If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…


Contact Apple for support and service
