Surf to https://privacy.apple.com logging-in w/ your “accidental” Apple Account credentials.
Then select the “Delete Account” option and carefully follow the instructions thru to conclusion.
CRITICAL: Make sure to log-out ALL devices which might be logged-in to the “accidental” account.
