Audio Playing at Screen Opening and Closing:

Remove Login Items:

There might be a login item app that is opening at log in, and this, this is occurring. So, remove ALL Login Items.

I. Boot in Safe Mode:

Go here: Start Up your Mac in Safe Mode - Apple Support. In Safe Mode, LoginItems do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, attempting another update install.

II. View and Remove Login Items:

1. Go To: System Settings
2. Click: Users & Groups
3. Click: [your Username]
4. Click: Login Items
5. Rid of ALL Items

I. Audio Playing at Screen Opening and Closing:

A. Use Malwarebytes for Mac:

B. Single-Out this User:

Try creating a pre Administrator user and then log into it, seeing if you do not get this occur. If so, then it is an issue with the configuration of the current user. If not, then it is an issue with the entire Mac, in which case you should reinstall the macOS. See below.

C. Reinstalling the macOS:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support. Important: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to performing the reinstall. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more, seeing if you still get this error.

2. Modify your Credentials:

Secure your Apple Account. Keep a handwritten, hardcopy of your credentials stored in a location that only you are knowledgeable of, and only you have access to. What to Do:

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Passwordfor each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
