Meta has had all kinds of problems with WhatsApp Business. They have made 13 updates to it in just the last month with the most recent one being 3 days ago. Not sure which issue you are referring to, but it will likely need to be resolved by Meta and their support page is here. Getting support is not always easy.
About the only thing you can do on your device is delete the app and install it again. Make sure you have data backed up according to the procedures offered by Meta. You will also get the latest version when downloaded again from the App Store.
