LTE (4G)is an older cellular protocol. 5G seems to be everywhere but that’s not true. In areas where the 5G signal is too weak or not available your iPhone will drop back to LTE to keep you going. If you you don't have LTE capability your iPhone will simply stop connecting to the cellular network until it can reconnect to a 5G signal.
It would be prudent for you to contact your cellular provider about this. But where are you located in the world?
You will need to get the necessary information from your cellular carrier to set this up.
You will only see this when using an unsupported cellular provider.
It says Optional, so if the connection works, forget it.
I have it, I ignore it.

You said everything worked currently in LTE and 5G
So I repeat, ignore it, leave it alone, don't type anything in there or it WILL break.
You need to contact your provider to ask them about this.
Where exactly dod you find that?
