Apple Watch sleep data differs between Watch 6 and Watch 11

watchOS 26.1 : Sleep data (Respiratory Rate: Sleep, and Heart Rate: Sleep) for same person as measured by Apple Watch 6 is different from readings on Apple Watch 11.

The sleep data measured by Apple Watch 6 is different from the values of sleep data (Respiratory Rate: Sleep, and Heart Rate: Sleep) for same person.

Regardless of the subjective feeling of more accurate data in one watch than the other, it is clear that the data recorded by both watches must be the same. Having different data recorded by the two watches is not expected.

Anyone else.

You can let Apple Techs know directly about your findings by using the Feedback link. This is the only way to make them aware of issues or wishes for future watchOS updates:

The Sleep App in watchOS 26 on my Ultra 2 records different results than in watchOS 11, especially the "Awake" phases are way off, sometimes showing more than an hour.

Other users mentioned similar results in these discussions.
