IPad: Keep getting “Connection is not private” messages on safari

I have an iPad 6th generation and have just updated to iPadOS Version 17.7.10

I find that I am now:

  1. Unable to download any apps (Error message: Unable to Install “Chrome”. Please try again later” as an example)
  2. Keep getting Recurring “This Connection Is Not Private” when attempting to access any websites or “Safari can’t open the page because it couldn’t establish a secure connection to the server.
  3. Error message: “Cannot verify server identity. The identity of “m.hotmail.com” cannot be verified

I have checked the following:

  1. Sufficient space for downloads
  2. Ensure that my Time zone is set automatically.
  3. Have reset “All Settings” and “Reset Network Settings”
  4. Have logged out and logged back into my device after each change above.
  5. Have cleared my History and Website date on Safari
  6. I have rebooted each time I made any changes to the above
  7. Turn airplane mode “On” and “Off”
  8. VPN is “Off”
  9. I have even turned off “Hide IP Address from Trackers” after searching for help online but nothing seem to work!

I am at my wits end, can someone please help?

Thank you in advance.

Irene
