Does anyone know how to get tahoe on my mac pc? my current mac pc has sequoia installed on it, preferably i want to use a downloadable iso to flash onto a drive and use on my pc, anyone got any thing?

By Mac PC you mean that you don’t have actually a Mac and you’re running macOS on a PC desktop or laptop? If so, you should know that Apple doesn’t actually allow to run macOS on non supported hardware.

You can use Terminal to download the full Tahoe installer directly from Apple's servers. Copy/paste the following line into Terminal:
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 26.1
You will be asked for your admin password. When it's done downloading, you'll have Tahoe installer in the Applications folder.
You can then use this Terminal command to create a bootable USB Tahoe installer:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Tahoe.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume

Using a " Hacked " version of macOS on an Un-Qualifying PC / Apple Computer is well, not permitted

PC simply means (and has always meant) Personal Computer. So it is technically correct to refer to a Mac as a PC. As is any computer running Windows, Linux or other.
But, the general shorthand for a Windows computer is PC. People like short names for commonly used phrases and over time, PC came to be the short phrase for any computer running Windows, and Mac for any Apple desktop computer.

Oh ok, sorry about that. I know is a bit silly. But is common sense to call a Windows or other comercial computer that is not an Apple computer PC, like when you ask for a photocopy and you said: “xeroxme this pls”.
About the OpenSource… Well is not permitted but is not forbidden and is for research as I understand, anyway I prefer the Linux option to reuse or revive old Mac, actually Ubuntu is a very good option for that particular problem and somehow similar to macOS. But I don’t know why every time someone mention that it unleashes the anger of the moderators. The blogs and the hole propose of computing is the achievement of knowledge and exact information, obscuring an option that helps to continue to make a hardware useful is the opposite and as far as me, my intentions are ALWAYS good and truthful for the empowerment of human kind.

Open Source, per se, does not "unleash the anger of the moderators". Open Source refers to the terms on which the source code of a program is made available – not to what a program does. The Firefox Web browser, and the LibreOffice office suite, are two examples of Open Source applications that people frequently mention here – and that appear to be entirely acceptable to the moderators.
