MacBook Air M4 chip not extending displays through UGREEN docking station

I recently brought a new docking station (UGREEN Revodok Max 313 4K@60Hz 13-IN-1) but I am having issues extending displays on it through my MacBook Air (M4 chip).

I am using two Dell screens and want to connect them to the dock so they are extended over three screens (2x Dell, 1 MacBook screen). Both screens connect individually and are recognised by the MacBook, but when I connect both of them it only recognises one screen and mirrors the same image on both of them. Any idea what the issue might be?

The MacBook Air is compatible with extending 2 screens (it is an M4 chip). I am connecting them via the HDMI port and the Display port connectors.

That 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 Dock appears

equipped with a Thunderbolt 4(40Gbps, 15W), HOST port

a DisplayPort 1.4,

a HDMI 2.1,

a gigabit ethernet, SD & TF 4.0,

a USB C 3.2(10Gbps, 18W),

a USB C 3.2(10Gbps),

a USB A 3.2(10Gbps),

To use with TWO external displays, the lead-in cable MUST be a genuine Thunderbolt cable, no longer than 0.5 meters in length. If you need more length, you must use a much more expensive (starting at US$125) ACTIVE ThunderBolt cable.

DisplayPort displays, that cable is limited to ONE meter maximum.

HDMI cables you want for HDMI-only Displays (higher resolutions than 720p TV sets) are marked as Certified with an anti-counterfeiting tag and are labeled:

"PREMIUM High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "with Ethernet" (up to 4K at 30Hz) --OR--

ULTRA High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "48G" (supports higher resolutions and backward-compatible)

Cables with No Certification tags are good for your standard 720p TV set, and not much more.

There is one more issue. The combined data rate of the two displays cannot exceed 40 G bits/sec. To check on that, please post the model numbers of each display.
