How do I fix itunes freezing on PC due to disappearing pop-up windows?

Triggers for itunes Freeze on PC

I find that any action when using itunes on my PC which requires a window to then open, which becomes visible for a split second and then disappears effectively freezes the program, though in most cases it is seeking a response to the opened window. You can control delete to restart the program. You can also right click on the itunes icon in the tray and then left click on itunes in the options, which will bring up the window, if you you carry out the procedure straight away. It helps but it is no fix as for instance, trying to set up a smart playlist, you cant enter the track limit, and you have to right click, left click procedure for each setting.

Personally as someone who is very much a signed up member of the Apple user club, and who has used itunes for well over 20 years, I almost done with it, and it's very near time to move on unfortunately as nothing appears to be being done. (I find it strange that the much completed feedback document via itunes, hasn't even been updated to offer Windows 11 as an option on the operating system options - it doesn't leave you feeling massively confident on the support side).

Has anyone found the same issue with the pop up windows not staying open, and if so, have you found any better solutions?
