Oval objects on Numbers Spreadsheets

I have an IPhone 14. I have setup a Numbers spreadsheet. Two green oval objects have shown up on one sheet. I have turned off Accessibility Zoom and Follow Focus in Settings but the two oval objects still remain. What can I do?

I solved this question by rebooting my iPhone and the ovals disappeared. So this problem no longer exists.
