[CC] Subtitles only in Apple TV via Amazon Prime

Hey there.

I've just bought Apple TV subscription via Amazon Prime and everything works fine except the subtitles. I can only turn on the [CC] subs, no option for the normal ones. I've checked all settings, even directly in Apple TV app (I have turned off CC there) and still only [CC] to chose.

With Prime Video series/movies I can pick normal subs, but with Apple ones I can pick only CC ones. I assume it's their fault for uploading only CC subs, right? Or am I missing something?

After contacting Amazon support, they said it's Apple fault because that's the subtitles they have uploaded for each specific movie/series. So why Apple is doing it and can't upload also normal subs without [CC]?
