my ipad keeps rebooting after i updated it to ios 18.7.2
okay so context: i was in a call with my friends and i tried to record but when i held down it wouldn’t go the the part where it would show if i had mic on, i also couldn’t do split screen. I checked for updates and i saw there were two. I decided to update and go on my phone. It updated and I went back on my iPad. Not even 20 seconds later my iPad crashed. The sound buffered, the screen flashed pink, then black, then apple logo. I tried again and again and the same thing happened, I tried to update to iOS 16 but it crashed before I could, and when it finally was able to an error occurred and the iPad crashed. I tried soft and hard resetting and it didn’t work. Even when I tried to just keep it off it rebooted WHILE OFF. I then tried to update my iPad via my computer and iTunes, it would go 2/3rds of the way through before my iPad rebooted/crashed WHILE updating, disconnecting it and causing me to have to do the process again. This went on for over 5 hours before my dad went to try and get others to work on it. It has been four days since this, and my iPad is still not working, it is still reboots, and it is still being worked on by the people who took my iPad in. Please give me more help that doesn’t include the options I have included. My iPad is the newest version, it has one terabyte of storage and it isn’t full. The only problems the iPad has had is the whole “my iPad won’t respond to my touch 100% of the time unless I charge it” (we chalked it up to the screen protectors), and this. This iPad is not even a year old. This has never happened before and worked perfectly fine before this update. This is the update in question if you need context.
