Creating a child account- password error on final step

Trying to add a child to my family account but after I set up password and I select an adult phone number to link it to it then says “Cannot create account password cannot contain name, email, etc”. This is completely unhinged for two reasons, 1) the password was the previous step- it signed off on my password when I advanced, 2) most importantly, it doesn’t remotely contain those elements- not even close.

bug or awful ai checker?

update: I removed a completely unrelated pet’s name and it worked. Bad Ai checker.
