Family sharing…child can still share location from Contacts!

Family sharing…I made sure that my child cannot make changes to her sharing her location with others. However, when she goes into Contacts, she is able to share with anyone. However do I prevent that? I have a screen time passcode set up already, and all location sharing is set to Don’t allow.
