How do I resolve purchase error in Monopoly Go on iPhone 16 Plus?

I have an iPhone 16plus. I just upgraded from an 8 plus. This is my issue. I play monopoly go have for a few years. I have bought in game purchases with my Apple gift card balance and credit card. I just put $50 for credit from gift card. When I go into my game and try to purchase anything it’s stating: purchase error the purchase was cancelled. I have tried looking through everything on my phone everything that should be enabled is. I purposely got the card for this game so I don’t have to use my credit card. Can anyone give me some help please

You can’t buy in Monopoly Go after upgrading to the iPhone 16 Plus because your Apple ID purchase token or billing setup did not transfer correctly from the iPhone 8 Plus. To fix it: allow in-app purchases, reorder payment methods, sign out/in, remove old device, reset Apple ID billing, reinstall the game, or reset purchase settings. If the issue persists, Scopely must reset your in-game purchase flag.
