Your issue happens when Health App sync breaks, even though your Apple Watch and Activity App continue working.

To fix it, you need to:

  1. Re-enable Motion/Fitness permissions
  2. Refresh Health → Data Sources
  3. Reset Activity sync
  4. Resume Activity (if paused)
  5. Re-enable iCloud Health sync
  6. (If needed) unpair and re-pair your watch
  7. Reset calibration data as last option

Following the steps above 100% resolves this issue for most users.

Did you try to force restart your watch and iPhone? This can clear minor software glitches and you will not lose data.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.


Did you try to post your question in the Chinese Apple Support Community? Maybe other users have experienced similar behaviour on their watches and the Fitness app on the iPhone.
