iPhone 16e eSIM transfer issue after replacement
Hello, i’ve been having issues with my esim, i recently replaced my iphone 16e, with the same phone model (old phone broke, with apple care plus as well), when i transfer my esim from my old phone to replacement, says it was completed but once i downloaded all my icloud data, sim went away. I went back to my carrier at&t and they said they were unable to transfer esim onto phone said it was locked but my number was active, went back to apple and they said phone is locked to t mobile saying i originally purchased my phone there (i’ve never had t mobile nor purchased a phone there) t mobile wasn’t much help either they can’t do much if i don’t have an account. I checked the phone settings and said there is no sim lock so i’m really jus confused
