Default calling app keeps switching back to FaceTime audio

im having problem with default calling app...even after i choose mobile data as the default calling app, its still revert back to facetime audio...its annoying when u cant receive call.

Let's just check the setting

Settings, Apps, Default apps, Default calling app, Mobile Service (or cellular in other countries)

Done that...when i change to mobile service, it keep revert back to facetime audio..
