Unable to download Logic Pro Libraries and Loops

I have a MacBook Pro i7 processor of 2017 with the latest updated OS Ventura 13.7.8 , I've installed Logic Pro . But I'm not able to download the library, every time the download is complete but the its showing , Couldn't be installed , check your internet connection.

Can someone suggest how can I Fix it?
