In game purchases being blocked by Apple

I’m beyond fed up at this point. I’ve played this game for over six years, I’m a full-grown adult, and yet every time I add credits to my Apple account to make in-game purchases, my account gets blocked. This is the eighth time it’s happened, and this nonsense only started after I switched to the iPhone 17. And they keep telling me to ‘wait 48–72 hours’ for it to be fixed — but it’s NOT fixed if the moment I make ONE purchase afterward, I get blocked all over again. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop.

The easiest way you will get that information is to scroll back through the pages of posts. This forum isn't designed to provide that kind of service (in fact, polling is specifically prohibited). Threads get locked with time so even if somebody happens by a in a few months with the same issue, they won't be able to post in this thread.


I have seen the occasional issue like yours, but for every one of those there's probably thousands of people who don't post saying "I don't have this problem!" This is like the emergency ward at a hospital and apart from those of us who volunteer here, the people posting here all have issues. I have been here a long time and I have never seen a miracle user-provided solution to your issue. According to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/static/en-us/privacy.html , Apple uses an automated system to detect fraud which is why I suggested you try to see if there's some pattern to what you do that may explain this and provide a path to changing that behavior.

This is user to user support forum so unfortunately there is nothing anybody here can do about this. You will have to work with Apple about this.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page under “Get more help” (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.


This support article has various country telephone numbers for contacting Apple for support and service ➔ Contact Apple Support - Apple Support For some countries look under “Other” listing at the end of the list. Not every country has telephone support, and phone numbers may only work when calling from the same country.
