Apple TV app on Sony Bravia TV content missing

hello all

I have a Sony Bravia tv and it has the Apple TV app preinstalled, I did try to find a tv show on it, it is not showing. But I did find the show on Apple TV app on iPad. also Apple TV library that is on the iPad version is not on the tv version .. is there a simple solution.
