I seem to have a Photo Library and an iPhoto Library on my MacBookAir (13inch with M4 chip).
How can I merge these?
Also, I would like to transfer all my photos from my iPhone12 to the same MacBookAir

Say what .. did you just upgrade from some very old macOS?
Launch the Photos.app
The Photos.app utilizes the old iPhoto library

Thanks leroydouglas. I upgraded my old Mac(Catalina) to a new Mac(Sequoia).
New photos seem to go to PhotoLibrary. Should I remove the iPhoto library and will this make PhotoLibrary the default for the Photos app?
