Two Apple Music charges in one month usually mean: a plan change, overlapping Apple Music + Apple One billing, a second Apple ID, a family member's subscription, or a past-due balance being collected. You can confirm the exact source at Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions and at reportaproblem.apple.com, and request a refund if it was an accidental double charge.
