I am trying to follow directions download music I purchased a few years ago using my PC. It says I have to authorize my device before I can download. To do that it says to open the Music app and then click on my name at the bottom of the side bar, but my name is not at the bottom of the side bar even though I am signed in. Can anyone help with this?

On Windows, you won’t see your name in the sidebar. Instead, click Account → Authorize This Computer from the top menu bar (press Alt to show it). Then sign in with the Apple ID that bought the music. After authorization, you can download your purchased songs normally.

I do not see a top menu bar and I do not see "Account" anywhere on the music page. I wish there was phone support. I really want to purchase songs, but I cannot figure out this platform.
