How can I recover 22,000 photos from iCloud that were removed without my consent?

if the photos are mine then how come the Cloud can take all of them and trash them, it there on my hard drive how come you can clean it out andnthen when I contact the cloud you tell me they have been trashed and I can't get them back 22,000 photo of all may work. the real **** is I had all my photos on a I-Mack that I save everything on that was not on the wifi, the other night I turned the I-Mc on and the next thing I see is iCloud removing the Photos that were on this computer. I shut it down and saved 3/4 of them. so whats deal you think you own all of our work because we pay for storage

Sounds like you are either sharing your Apple Account with someone else or your account has been compromised.

  • To see other devices that are signed into your account, go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom. Any device listed there can remove the photos from iCloud where they will then be removed from all devices.
  • If your Apple Account has been compromised, then those photos can be deleted by signing into iCloud online. This would be difficult to do if you are using Two Factor Authentication, because an unused device would need the verification code sent to your device before access is allowed.
