Hi , I am using iPhone 11 Pro , I am in Pakistan and I use hearing aids for hearing, I tried to use AirPod 3 pro as hearing aid device but it’s not working, web search says apple dont provide AirPod hearing aid services for Pakistan , why ?
Hearing Aids are considered a medical device.
Apple needs to subject that medical device for Review and Approval in each country. The feature can not be offered in that country until the country's authorities approve the device for that use.

IOS 18 is compatible with iPhone models starting from the iPhone SE (2nd generation) and includes all models from the iPhone 11 series and newer. To run iOS 18, your iPhone must have at least the A12 Bionic chip.
So did Apple applied for approval for using air pod pro 3 as hearing aid device yet ? if yes to whom? maybe I can follow it up here in Pakistan to expedite the matter.
