Apple TV Restrictions not asking for passcode
We use Restrictions on our Apple TV to stop the kids spending hours watching TV and have used it without issue for a long time.
However In the past week or so it is no longer working and does not ask for a code when using any of the apps as it previously did.
- I have restarted the Apple TV
- I have turned restrictions off and back on.
- I have changed the passcode
- I have checked that the Apple TV is running on the most recent software update.
I don’t know what else I can do!! Help please!
