How can I transfer deleted iMessages from Mac to iPhone?

So i recently accidentally deleted conversation with someone from my phone however all the convo is still on my mac, is there anyway i can transfer it back onto my iphone? i have icloud messages on in my macbook, and its synced and turned on however the icloud messages option is off on my iphone. im not sure if i turn it on, on my iphone device, the deleted messages will sync onto the mac instead and the conversation will be cleared on both ends. can someone provide some insight into this please? thanks !
