Unfamiliar notification on MacBook, using Safari.

Hello.

Lately, today, I've been receiving unfamiliar notifications.

I fear these are some kind of malware. I don't know.

The notifications pop out at the top of Safari and say Apple — with a red stop sign-shaped icon. I ***think*** the icon says something about macos.

Again, I'm not sure. I'm not trusting what I'm seeing. I don't know if I stumbled into a site where I shouldn't have. Know I didn't download anything.

Does anyone have any advice or guidance?
