I set charging limit at 85% on iPhone 15 but my phone gaining more than 85% is a normal or charging cable or charger has an issues??

It's not a bug. it is normal. That is not a "hard" limit. It will occasionally charge all the way up to 100%. That's by design.

Yes I do like this but it run like I said first after that I searched on community chat someone says that it is a some kind of bug on iOS version 26.1 is it true?
My advice, use optimised charging instead. It will do no harm. People worry about max capacity decline, yet want to use only 85% maximum. Charge limit may be fine for Teslas but pointless on iphones.
