Mac book air will not pair with bluetooth speakers. Running OS Tahoe. Tried press cmd +option + r & p all at same time. Did this twice as recommended. the computer did flash once each time. but this did not work. I turned bluetooth toggle on and off and plugged speaker into computer. Help!

Typically speakers will have to be put into discoverable mode before they can be paired. Often, speakers may only be paired to a single device as well. If these have been paired with something other than the MacBook Air, maybe the Mac mini mentioned in your message footer (?), then you may have to reset or unpair them before you can connect to the MBA.
