Safe?

It’s metal.*

It’s conductive.

Just like most any other non-insulating-material-constructed watch.

The particular risks and the safe distances involved will depend on the voltage and amperage involved obviously, but I’d avoid skin or Watch contact with anything past low voltage (LDSV, LVLE, PELV, etc), and I’d be very cautious shorting even low voltage lest that damage the electronics.

If you’re not safe to stick an uninsulated screwdriver into the circuit, I’d skip making Watch contact with the circuit, too.

*yeah, I’m ignoring the Watch ceramic models.

Wait, what? You claim to be an electrician but don’t have a clue how electricity works? Any competent electrician knows you don’t wear watches, rings, bracelets, or any metal while working on electric wiring. And electricians use insulated tools as well. Rule number one is to make sure the circuit is de-energized before working on it.
