How do I fix inaccurate resting heart rate calculations on Apple Watch Series 11?
Is anyone else having seriously off resting heart rate calculations since getting a new watch? I had the SE and upgraded to the series 11 in September when it rolled out. Ever since then it is calculating my RHR sometimes up to a dozen times a day and when I am still active. It’s driving my RHR data up and it’s not accurate as I have other apps that do log it correctly. It’s making me frustrated. I’ve tried a reset and that didn’t help. Nothing else has changed other than the new watch. So no new routines, medications or lifestyle changes that would contribute. Anyone else having this problem?
