Series 11 watch reboot circle and battery dying
I purchased a brand new apple watch 11 on Sunday Nov 23 - brought it home and a few days later it kept giving me the reboot circle and battery drainging fast. Friday Nov 28 took to apple store and returned it for a brand new one. Brought that one home and it worked for 24 hrs and then started with the circle yet again. Went back to the store on Nov 30 and they unpaired it- took all my apps off and said it was due to the number of apps. They ran diagnostics on the hardware and said it was fine. Brought home and it started with the circle YET AGAIN. Dealing now with apple support on Monday 12/1. Unpaired watch left it basic at set up and it is STILL GIVING the Circle. Currently waiting for the Sr advisor to call me back. Before you ask it has been upgraded to IOS 26 and software is up to date. My question is has anyone else had this issue with the 11? I have no apps on it but the apps that come with it. I have the basic face that comes with it and they did not want me to add a passcode just to see. I can not imagine what the issue is because my older watches worked fine. I traded in my series 9 for this new 11 and never had any issues even with IOS 26 on it. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point. The battery is draining at 11% per hour so it is not even staying charged 12 hours. I am sure that is due to the constant circle.
Thanks for any input
