In-app purchase fails on iPhone
Hello,
I tried to make an in-app purchase in the game "Top Tycoon" on my iPhone 11 Pro, but I received the following error message:
"Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/."
I’ve checked my payment details and everything seems fine. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Here are my details:

- Region: [please confirm your Apple ID region United States ]
- Device: iPhone 11 Pro
- Game: Top Tycoon
