Alarm app notifications goes to only one device

I have same application installed on two apple devices. At first then application is installed on the first one, all is ok with notifications (one notification per one event from alarm system app). After installing the same application on other device the first one stops reveiving those notifications, while the second one receives two instead of one per one event.

There to look for the problem? App problems itself or any kind of settings?

Is this a 3rd party app? If so contact the app developer or look at their help site.
