Ram spiking out of nowhere

Hey everyone, Since this last update my ram usage will completely spike out of nowhere, here is a picture of what's happening. I'm not pushing the limits of the ram simple browsing and normal tasks this has never happened before but now about 2-3 times a week its so bad all I can do is turn off my MacBook and turn it back on. any suggestions or ideas as to what is happening and how to fix it?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.7

Look at your Activity Moniter...? Seems you are right there with your screen shot


Look at the Memory column— what is the high number there during your spikes? Spin the caret to reorder the list.





I would suspect it is a running application.... you do not say what are those apps, or task:

"pushing the limits of the ram simple browsing and normal tasks"
