How to fix incorrect Apple Music Replay 2025 statistics?

Hi! My Apple Music replay 2025 is showing completely incorrect data. The minutes, artists , tracks and listening statistics are wrong.

My listening history is turned on and only use Apple Music to play my songs. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thank you!

My top album and song are from an album I have NEVER HEARD OF. It is like they are trying to direct royalties to particular artists or something. I have Pearl Jam in my list but I wasn't aware this album exists. No, I don't share accounts nor devices.
