Cannot sign in to Apple TV on TV

A bit more information would be useful here, jgrab52. Is this on a smart TV that comes with the Apple TV app pre-installed? If so, what brand is the TV, and what are you actually seeing on your screen at the point where the sign in fails?

It is happening on 3 devices, one is Roku Express, a TLC with Roku, and ONN with Roku. I can log in on my pc without problems. I keep getting a prompt to verify my account. I verify it, and it goes back to the verification screen
